Charges are for rental of the property per week (not per person). The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Wherever possible rentals are for a minimum of 7 nights and begin on a Saturday – please call for enquiries regarding shorter rentals or different arrival/departure days. For details regarding long term winter rentals or long weekends, please call us to discuss your requirements.

A deposit of £200 is required for all bookings (except low season where £50 per week is required). The balance shall be paid 8 weeks before departure. If booking less than 8 weeks before departure, then the full amount will be due to secure the booking

We also have access to a number of other properties on Balaia through other private owners, so if you are looking for a large party then we may be able to accommodate you.

We recommend you take out suitable travel insurance (including cancellation insurance) immediately upon making a reservation. This will ensure you are properly covered against unforeseen circumstances, which may result in the need for you to cancel this booking. We are not responsible for cancellation or interuption to your holiday due to the failure of your travel arrangements.
