Our villa is located at Balaia Golf Village, which lies approximately 30 minutes drive from Faro International Airport, 4 km east of the bustling holiday resort of Albufeira and 15 minutes drive from Vilamoura.

Balaia Golf Village consists of luxury traditional-style villas and low rise apartments generously spread among gardens of exotic plants and shaded by mature pines and cork oak trees. The Village is lovingly laid out around six uniquely shaped swimming pools, and its 40 hectares never feel crowded even in the peak of summer.

A further two small supermarkets are located within 5 minutes walk and a larger one is approx 1 mile away. There are six restaurants within 15 mins walk and numerous others within a 5 minute drive or taxi ride.

Reception office staff can arrange car hire, taxi services, babysitting, maid services, currency exchange, etc.

Balaia Village is a ten minutes stroll from the sandy Maria Luísa beach (pictured above), where sun beds and shades may be rented and wind-surfers are for hire. There are showers and a beach restaurant there too. At low tide you can walk for miles below the cliffs - as far as Vilamoura to the East and Albufeira to the West.
