Our air-conditioned semi-detached villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (sleeps 4-6) and is located on one end of a small block of apartments.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. It has plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and has patio doors leading out to its own terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and also has plenty of hanging and drawer space in the fitted wardrobes. There is a second, main bathroom with a bath/shower. There is a small safe installed in the villa and the key can be rented from Reception (current charge is €11 per week). Both bathrooms have been completely refurbished for 2006.

The fully fitted kitchen features an electric oven, ceramic hob with extractor hood, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, juicer etc. There is a full size washing machine and separate tumble dryer located in a small utility room. All crockery, cooking utensils etc are included.

The lounge/dining room has a satellite TV, DVD, Radio/CD player, seating for up to 6, dining table/chairs, a feature fireplace and patio doors to a large fully equipped private terrace (loungers, table and chairs, sunshade, etc). The  lounge sofa converts into a comfortable full double bed. Remote controlled climate control is installed in the bedrooms and lounge to provide heating in the winter and air conditioning for the summer.

Our villa benefits from an excellent position overlooking one of the swimming pools (where the snack bar is located) and is centrally located in the village with easy access to all facilities. All linen is provided except beach towels. Maid service is weekly and cots, high chairs and welcome food packs can be arranged for an additional charge.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AND THAT SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED WITHIN THE VILLA.

The ensiute bathroom (above and below) was completely replaced in 2006 and features a large shower cubicle.

The main bathroom (below) was also completely replaced in 2006 and includes a full bath with shower.
